Everyone has to start somewhere, and our tried and tested 8 week programme will take you from beginner, working gradually up to a full 30 minutes of running at your own pace.

Run Like A Girl has helped over 2,000 new runners through the Run 30 programme, and with plenty of encouragement and guidance, can help you on your running journey too.

Presented by the experienced RLAG team, the app provides 3 runs a week with full audio prompts guiding you through exactly what to do.

Choosing your favourite playlist, you can listen to your own tunes whilst your choice of trainer motivates and encourages you through each stage of the session.

Your location will be tracked so you can save your runs and check your progress over the course of the programme. Save your favourite routes and rate each session after your runs.

It’s important to recover and give yourself time to rest between runs, so after each session you’ll see easy to follow stretches which will help you.

Follow the programme 3 times a week and in 8 weeks, you’ll be running a full consecutive 30
minutes.

the guidance over your music
